Butter Bits can help you succeed when you're up against the hardplate in a safe, but how do they work?

With a unique, negative take angle and a shortened chisel edge, Butter Bits are more effective than their safe bit counterparts. These incredibly strong drill bits are made to resist tip failure, which means you can use them to drill a 0.375-inch hole in a piece of hardplate from a Mosler TRTL30 in about 38 seconds. Butter Bits are also built to last; you can drill as many as 25 holes in a piece of GSA hardplate with the same bit in under 7 minutes (we've seen it done).
